With America at war in Iraq and Afghanistan, Memorial Day is a day to remember those who sacrificed their lives for our freedom.
So today, when you get a chance, call or write friends and relatives who currently serve or served in the military and thank them for risking their lives for our liberity.
The President is asking for those of us here at home to pause at 3:00pm and say a prayer for our troops and those families who lost loved ones to protect us.
