We have compiled a chart of companies that disclose their educational grant payments for 2010 and 2011. There are still a few companies that do not disclose their educational grant payments however, once the Physician Payment Sunshine Act regulations are released sometime before the end of this year by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), it is likely that more companies will begin to post such payments in anticipation of the rules to assist with implementation and compliance.
