Massachusetts Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Manufacture Code of Conduct: State Q&A’s Plus Analysis
In one month a tsunami is going to be hitting the healthcare manufacturing sector and healthcare providers in the state of Massachusetts in the form of the Medical Manufactures Code of Conduct.
Last week the state of Massachusetts released the much anticipated second set of frequently asked questions on the state law.
The bottom line is if a company with any marketable products (approved or sold) and anticipates spending funds with any healthcare provider, must pay the $2,000 fee, for 09, and be in compliance with the regulation by July 1, 2009.
