ClinRegs Upgrades Are Here!

Longtime readers may remember when the National Institute of Allery and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) released the ClinRegs website, which provides clinical regulations for countries around the world.

ClinRegs provides easy-to-read country-specific regulatory information, links to official documents that were used to develop the country profiles, and links to translations of non-English official documents when available.

ClinRegs also allows researchers to compare regulatory requirements between countries using a side-by-side comparison tool; allows users to submit updates or comments for validation and updates to the site; and encourages signing up for email notifications so you can be one of the first to hear about changes to regulatory information.

Now, NIAID is proud to announce that the website has undergone several functionality upgrades to make the site easier to use. The updated site includes:

  • A new interactive map on the homepage to provide a clearer picture of the countries included
  • A hyperlinked Table of Contents on each country page for easier navigation
  • Drop-down menus to switch between country profiles and country comparisons
  • A Quick Facts table with discrete pieces of information for each country
  • A feedback link to make it easy to submit comments about country content

ClinRegs is a valuable resource when planning and implementing clinical research. Check out the site today!
